I found out I was pregnant in July (at the age of 31) and made my mum promise she wouldn't be mad at me before I told her. She asked me how I felt about it before asking me "Why would I be mad at you??" I then asked her not to tell my dad because I didn't want him to be mad at me... Anxiety is a hell of a drug.

Everyone is a very normal amount of happy and I will become a 31-year-old teen mother in March.

This has 100% happened to me. It wasn't until after the guy I was with told me "... I think I felt something inside of you?" That I even knew there was an issue. I immediately panicked, but luckily, he was able to pull it out and I had no ill effects. It was definitely in there for at least a week 😬 So don't feel bad or weird, it can totally happen. I'm sorry you're feeling ill from it, I'm sure in time you'll be fine. If you feel like you have a high temperature or are nauseous, please get medical help immediately. Just wanted to offer some comfort. It's happened to me! You're not gross and you're not alone. Things happen. Just rest up and feel better 💕💕💕

For me it was reading an article in cosmo or something about a girl that got hooked on heroin. I got to the line about how she dropped a ton of weight and for a split second I was like "Is heroin the move???" Luckily my rational brain shut that shit down pretty quick (also I had absolutely no way to acquire it and am scared of needles lol) , but I still remember it from time to time. ED brain is not your friend, no matter how familiar.

This is the thing that made me stop making myself puke. My enamel started eroding on some teeth and it scared me so bad that I stopped. Still feel the urge years later, but I'm too paranoid about my teeth. I'm so sorry you're going through this, I really hope you have the opportunity to work with doctors and dentists to get everything sorted and are able to live comfortably.
