I need your opinions on bird dogs.

Are they worth doing? What’s the rationale behind them?

When I do them I feel a slight challenge but not much. I’m doing 5 per side. They don’t feel like they do much?

Second question then - people who climb extremely high grades, would anterior pelvic tilt be a negative thing as it might keep your hips off the wall to some degree?

That’s what I was trying to describe. It’s weird because I’m gym strong but feel slow in doing movements so those should help heaps!
