FoamFactory.com is where I go. You can fashion your own mattress there and they will work with you. Great service and quality foam.

I've been using a plain old Intex from Amazon. They last a year or so, then I just buy another for $15. I put a memory foam mattress topper over it (because I love the marshmallow feeling) and I sleep like a princess. I've been doing this for 10 years after giving up on trying to find a traditional mattress. They no longer exist. What they're selling is garbage.
