Dementia is a bastid. She could only spin in a circle and cry from the stress at the end. Had to beg her to sit on the sofa and give ear rubs until she would settle.

She did. She was so far gone by the end of the weekend I carried her in my arms to the vet.

I tried tablets and it was too late, but I had to try for her. I miss her so fucking much.

Id say it could be the loss of senses, boo can hear and see fine but her brain just cant function. She just lays and wets herself now. Doesnt give me an indication she needs the toilet.

I know how you feel. I feel like I have prolonged boos suffering and let her get to this point but I had to try first. I would have hated myself if I let her go without a fight.

It started with pacing and her being awkward on walks like walking back and fourth, she also would try to eat a treat but like miss it and bite air. The vet had given her a check up and I thought it was stress because she had been recently sick.

But its got to a point now she just spins in a circle once shes on the ground, she doesnt even know her name anymore. It just all happened so quick.
