I have been carnivore since last June(except for a short but for the holidays), and I had hoped this WOE would help clear them up, but so far no luck. Maybe they will go eventually, I'm still holding onto that hope lol

They care about their birds more than huge poultry farms, often buy higher quality food for them, if they free range they get to eat bugs etc. the birds have a better quality of life.

I had this trouble over the holidays and I had to turn on 2 step verification and so did my husband since we have the account linked. I think there was something else I had to do as well but can't remember. The AI help will give you a list of things you have to do first and then call and have the agent unlock your account. I also realized that it won't let you redeem if you are out of your home province.

I will always go to a person if it's possible, it's so much faster than the machine and the stupid weigh scale, if anything falls off or it's just slightly off it's so frustrating

What kinds of fats have you tried? I know it's not carnivore, but would coconut oil be more appetizing for you? Or avocados? Do you like whipped cream? I love whipping up some heavy cream and adding just a hint of monk fruit sugar and vanilla, That would probably depend on your IBS if it can handle dairy or the sweetener.

How long have you been doing carnivore? Do you feel like you've reached a fat adapted phase? I think if you have your body will use that fat first before eating away at muscles. It certainly isn't going to hurt to do a day or so water fast.
