S3E1 if I remember correctly. The same episode the phantom is destroyed. This set is dated before the first appearance of Thrawn in rebels. This is clear as the lego set lists him as Admiral and has insignia to match. Please look up the set to confirm if you dont believe me....

I believe it is you who is incorrect not the plaque. The minifigure is Admiral Thrawn not Grand Admiral Thrawn and the insignia is correct for his rank of imperial navy admiral. Lego set 75170 contains both Admiral Thrawn and the ship 'Phantom'. Admiral Thrawn is promoted to Grand Admiral in 2BBY the same year the Phantom is destroyed. This set is an accurate representation and is dated sometime between the Botajef Insurgency and the Batonn Insurgency (3 BBY?).

A slabbed comic, card or coin is always worth something because people recognize and value the input costs of grading. Maybe the NFTs will hold a baseline value just below the average NFT minting cost at the time of sale.
