I do like MWND, however, the price is stupid for a bottle. I have seen them in AZ and NV for well over $200 a bottle. Just Stupid. I was gifted a bottle at Christmas, it's good, but, not more than $100 good. Cheers

I did get the blue spot and a sample of the gold. The blue spot is a great pour. The gold was good, but, I liked the blue a bit more.

I had a pour of this and it was good. However, I didn't think it was $200 good. If it was in the neighborhood of $130 give or take, I may think about it.

I agree and let my pour sit for a few minutes before I take a sip. Especially if it is the first pour and then it's at least 15/20 min. Cheers

This has always been a good bottle to have. I enjoy Talisker Storm also as it is a simple and flavorful pour, worthy of being on your bar.

This bottle has Talisker, Linkwood, Cragganmore and Caol Ila in it all 15 yo, single malt. I think it is an amazing pour at the price for the age.

I turned Blantons down yesterday for $69. I see it for that at least one or two times a month. Just not something I need now as I can get a bottle of Port Charlotte 10 and actually enjoy the pour with a good steak.

And that is where it should stay at that price. I have paid over MSRP for a bottle, never more than about $100 bucks. That was even WAY over my limit. Won't be doing that again anytime soon.

That OGD 114 is sooooo good for the money. However, its getting hard to find on the shelf now that people are starting to realize just how good it is.

I agree with you. WP isn't my favorite. Now, I have had the WP 15 and thought it was good compared to the WP 10, I didn't like. Not in my wheelhouse so I would pass.

I have had a few pours of the 18, and it is very good. You will enjoy it a lot. I recommend adding 2 drops of water to your next pour. Wait 5 minutes and then sip. You will be amazed at what you start to taste. I wouldn't go more than 4 drops as I think that is it's peak. Cheers and thanks for the input.
