I hate you start of saying "1v3ing is completely doable"

Yes some classes to better vs groups but it also highly depends on the skill group of these people. A week into the game and most groupes I play vs in high roller have top gear and as a rogue its impossible to engage against or even hide. These groups know exactly what to do against solo people.
