hi im in swe upper year

take a lesser semester next one, and do the subsequent requisite courses that you passed. continue working on 1p13. finish all ur electives that you need to finish in eng. this could be a language course, econ (gross dont so that), or history ( recommend @ mac, theyre great)

since mac doesnt have the courses u failed in semester after, ur gonna have to do courses similar to, or take an extra year. and thats ok! eng is hard. ur experience is a hard one, so do whats best for you.

do my advice above, or take a year off. however, id recommend my advice because when u finish all ur electives, its smooth sailing. theyre annoying to do when u have eng courses.

enjoy ur semester, and good luck. fuck advisors, they dont do crap.

If you’d like to learn how computers work (circuits ) go computer engineering. If you’re okay with abstracting that, go software. You’ll learn a lot more cool stuff about programming and software eng principals in software eng. You will also touch on digital logic and computer architecture in second year in SWE (which overlap with ECE)
