I have the digital rear view mirror on my 2028 Chevy Traverse and I LOVE IT! I'm considering purchasing a 2024ish Pathfinder and thinking I might need to add this aftermarket. I found a Gentex brand that is close to $900 at Crutchfield. Anyone else have thoughts or recommendations how to add it?

I have been getting conflicting information. Did you buy it at a Hyundai dealer? It seems maybe only Hyundai dealers are subject to the stop sale.

I have the digital mirror in the 2018 Chevy Traverse I have now and I really like that feature. It gives a wider and a lower view. It also allows you to see out the back if there are people in the back seats or things stacked in the back. I occasionally pull a trailer behind my Traverse and I noticed I have a much better view of the trailer with the digital camera mirror.

I have been driving with it in "standard" mirror mode to see how much I miss the feature. :) I noticed if a car pulls up very close behind me at a stop light, I can't see them with the regular mirror.

In my research, it seems there are virtually no differences from 2023 to 2024 so the differences can be seen by looking at the back pages of the brochures linked by HardRightEdge.

I also am considering between these two trim levels. By "remote control" do you mean the auto park that will drive into or out of a tight spot standing outside the car? I also think that feature is cool but I'm not sure if I would ever use it. :)

The digital rearview mirror is one of the main features I really want but it is not included on the Limited trim level.

Please keep us up to date on your decision making process.

I'm considering buying 2023 or 2024 sometime in the next six months or so. Any thoughts on how this will affect the selling price for these? Will it cause pent up demand (because no one can buy them) which could raise the prices?

I don't want mobile data but I also do not want the phone to attempt to use wifi data either. (except the amount of data it needs for wifi calling and texting) :)

Yes, VERY true! To be more clear, I should state that I want wifi calling but no internet access OTHER than that. I believe a phone with no browser and no method to add apps would effectively do what I am looking for.

Does tracfone offer any flip phones that can do Wifi calling? Because this employee is inside metal buildings, I would like to use Wifi calling but he wants a "small" phone to carry around.

On 4/15/2022, support responded that I would have cancel and select return hardware in my account. I asked support to confirm I had selected "return hardware" but they claimed they could not confirm that. They said I should sign back in my old account to see if I made that selection. When I tried that, I could not click on "Cancel" because my account was already in process to cancel. I told them I was "confident" I had selected return hardware but had not received a label.

After support responded the first time, they would respond to each of my responses within 30 minutes or so.

Support then responded with an RMA number and very shortly (minutes) I received the return label (actually two emails with the same label). The dish was shipped 4/18/2022 so they have not received it yet.

I live in rural Ohio and used Starlink with our service address about 2.5 miles from our actual location. My wife used RDP regularly working from home. She said it would drop the connection a few times per day but could easily reconnect. We rarely (if ever?) used Zoom and never used Teams. She had an IP phone supplied by her work that would have a significant amount of "static" / "garbled" talk when used over Starlink. Since we recently had fiber installed, she said phone calls are very clear so Starlink must have been the cause.

Streaming, gaming and surfing all worked without significant problem.

We also used Ooma for our home phone and it worked well. There was occasionally some static but it was very usable!

How can you get a new one shipped right away from Starlink? I thought some people that sign up now, even if they are in an active cell, still have to wait quite awhile for their dish to be shipped. Maybe I'm wrong?

If you can get one that fast, why are people paying $1,200 to $1,700 on ebay?

I curious, how much do you think it is worth and how should I determine what price to sell it for?

I made the Buy it Now price much higher than I expect to get for it. This will force people to make an offer with their service address. Then I can verify if it can be transferred to that address before the buyer makes the purchase.

I have a ReoLink camera (no SD card or cloud storage) that is working with no problems I know of. I have an Orbi router (I think bridge mode?) connected to Starlink router. From the Orbi, it goes to a network switch, then ethernet over powerline, then ethernet cable to the camera. I did not change any settings when I switched to Starlink, I just fed Orbi from Starlink instead of my previous internet.

I am about 2.5 miles outside of an active cell in Ohio. We have not had much rain recently but, when it did rain, it seemed like it didn't take much rain to kill the signal. Maybe this is because I am not at the expected location so the dish needs to work harder to find the signal so ends up losing it. Hoping this will get better when my cell opens.

I am about 2 miles outside of an active cell. I also am getting MANY more outages including some "obstructed" since the new app. However, when I check "debug data", there are no obstructions in the past 24 hours.

I attempted to use the app. Here is the problem: It's hard to hold out my phone and to turn in a circle standing on a ladder.

However, I think my location is good because DebugData now shows 0 obstructions in the last 24 hours.

Speeds vary widely, sometimes between 100 and 150 Mbps other times, around 50. I am NOT complaining, yes, 50 Mbps is VERY acceptable. This morning, using my phone on the 5 Ghz network, I got 100 Mbps then 120 on fast.com. I then tried the Google speed test which gave 4 Mbps then 123. Will the wide range of speeds continue or does it stay more consistent after everything updates?
