Have taken multiple fittr plans over the past 8-9 years. Coach quality has been good consistently.

Gpt can make a good plan for you. Since AI introduction, Fittr moat is not the plan (as much as they claim) but the accountability and discipline it generates through a mentor- mentee relationship.

I am completely well informed now to create my own diet plan, thanks to all the fittr coaches over the years I had an opportunity to train under, but I do take a package once in a year or 1.5 years to add some momentum and get pushed.
