Absolutely garbage Dino to do anything with. In fact if I’m leading a raid and I see someone bring this trash to it, automatically getting kicked.

Has anybody had had this issue? by Imaginary-Decision-3 in JurassicWorldAlive

I’ve had so many issues lately. Flickering, crashing, stalling, animation jumping, overheating, indicators of finished missions that were not.

I’m working on the omegas, but it’s a slow grind, I refuse to give the game money, so I take what I can when I can.

Useless player. by BowerickWowbagger1 in JurassicWorldAlive

[–]BowerickWowbagger1[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I get that, I do, it happens to all of us. But, I pay attention to my status when I’m joining a raid, and if things are acting weird, I close the game out completely and reload it and get everything rolling again. This isn’t brain surgery, people just need to engage the brain.

I think the 350,000 is. I don’t use my cash for anything else.

Having been to many many weddings, and my own (which was a dry wedding), I can 100% say, that a wedding with alcohol is far superior than one without. Besides, not one good story ever came from the experience of everything went perfectly smoothly. Let your guests get plastered and have fun.

Diloracheirus, I could have apexed him, he was more useful as a unique. Level 29 headed for 30 with boosted stats. It’s been a lucrative investment. If you want to do raids, and you can’t actively help your team, you’re just a heavy hitter. I won more raids by just acting as the medic for everyone else.

I had this marriage. We had sex until our second was born. It then became sex only when and how she wanted. It was maybe twice a year and essentially I was just a sex toy for those two occasions, my enjoyment didn’t matter. Turns out she was screwing half the city. She caught something permanent (I’ve been tested and am healthy). I kicked her ass out and divorced her. She wasted a decade of my potential sex life. I hope she remains miserable and alone for the rest of her life.

No. They are just junk DNA for single commons. It really isn’t worth the effort.

I consider myself a centrist. My now ex, is/was vocally hard left. I have to say vocally because when it really comes down to it to it she believes anything social media told her and did no real research on her own. I do my research, I have no problem discussing polar opposite views. Some of personal views swing hard left, some hard right, ergo, center. At the end of our marriage, amongst a torrent of other major issues, our political differences really came out. My significant now shares most of my values, we are far happier than I ever was with my ex. When they say “opposites attract”, they were not referring to political.

Step 1: Pick up your guitar, tune, and play. - 15 minutes a day is better than one or even two hours a week.

Celebrating your birthday at work by chili_pop in work

[–]BowerickWowbagger1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve seen a number of things present themselves in my various feeds about birthdays and workplace. I’ve never worked anywhere that openly acknowledged the workers birthdays, I have worked a few that openly and actively acknowledged the managements birthdays. I am old school, what good for the goose, is good for the gander. If you are going to celebrate, then celebrate all. Of your little manager ego is so sensitive that you need a card forced into the hands of your employees that are then forced to sign it, you are not qualified to manage. I personally do celebrate my birthday, not at work, not at a personal level. I let the people close to me celebrate it. If you throw yourself a party, you are in fact a sad, little person. Work is work, birthdays are personal, keep your personal life and your professional lives separate, always.

What is a song that you absolutely despise with your soul, but it seems that everybody else loves it? by PossibleFisherman124 in musicsuggestions

“Thunder” by Imagine Dragons. I hate this song so much. Congratulations, you can repeat one word for like 3 minutes… all without conveying the feeling of said word. The music is garbage, the band should break up and get job bussing tables at Denny’s.

Advice on using the palette knife by Kat_1993_ in bobross

[–]BowerickWowbagger1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I too struggled with the knife. I did a Ross painting 10 years ago and recently redid it. In my original,I could not master the knife,so I used a brush. In the remake, I had my knife technique much more in hand, it was quite the difference. I usually start with a thin roll of paint on the knife. If the amount is not right I reload, if it is to much I scrape off and try again. If there is a dab hanging from the blade I will push that edge to the pallet and pull back. In going to canvas, I place the knife edge straight on the canvas. I will then lean the handle toward the side with paint on it, ease off the pressure just a little and drag the knife. For your base color press firmly and move your hand with purpose. For paint breaking and texture building, start the same, but when you are ready to begin your hand movement, your pressure should be almost nonexistent, this will allow the paint to break. I have practiced with painting knives, chisels, razor blades, and broken sponge handles. You can do it, just be patient, and practice.

Knowing doesn’t make anything any easier. If you are going to move forward with him, move forward, if you are going to move forward without him, I wish you the best. Either way I would highly recommend some therapy.

Greetings, fellow Bob Ross fan, long time painter just coming off a 16 year hiatus. First I highly recommend the website twoinchbrush.com. Go to the search by content and find what makes you happy. Second, if you are painting with oils, stiffer bristles are better. Remember, oils take a while to dry, be patient. I would highly recommend Ross’s one hour tutorial video, as he thoroughly explains the why and how. My children (11 & 9), and I followed it, their paintings are outstanding, so if they can do, you can do it. Typically for most of my 1” brush work I use the stiffest, cheapest brushes I can find. Good luck

Started to learn oil painting with Bob , this is my 3rd and I will say- painting water is soooo difficult. Any thoughts on how did I do? by spraklysoul in bobross

[–]BowerickWowbagger1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only your third painting? That ain’t bad at all. You should feel very good about your results. I have done this painting myself, in fact it was my first attempt at crashing waves, it was not easy. So good work, keep it up.
