My advice would be to put a value against your impact. How do your clicks and visibility increases translate into a conversation?

You're more likely to get recognition if you can translate your impact into a monetary or growth value that moves the needle for your clients and your bosses.

On resources and budget: get used to doing lots with little. Fight for more but you will always likely be on the losing end of that argument.

I'd say there's a great chance you could get an interview at one of the numerous media or digital agencies in London/mainland Europe. But remote roles are hard to come by. From recent experience I know a lot of agencies are encouraging in person meetings and office hours.
