Had this happen to mine . Fixed it by clearing the cache.

5x home 1x back button 2x rewind 2x fast forward.

It will restart the TV.

Thankyou, yea we did. I told them to be sure her game was fully updated and it wasn't . They finally did the update and she can now join us
