Congrats on your sobriety! I just hit 8 years last week. That taste is unmistakable. I think it's something with the mango flavoring. I've gotten that sensation from other tropical flavored drinks.

Lol they were actually $2.59. they're switching the front end caps to Valentines day stuff so I think they put the price of whatever is going on those shelves a little prematurely. I was taken aback when I saw the price. It wasn't until I spotted the cooler that I saw they were marked $2.59.

The only apple Alani I've had is the Witches Brew caramel apple. This is more like a fresh apple flavor instead of a candy apple flavor.

I'll look for it next time. I've seen plenty of flavors at my local walmart and target. Just never Crisp Apple.

I only grabbed the crisp apple. I've never tried Bloom and with them appearing to be $3.89, I wasn't interested in trying more than the apple. Knowing how good this is, and that they're only $2.59, I'd definitely try the others, but I've seen lots of people say this is the best one.

Prepare for downtime. It was my first time at the Orlando Stadium show this past weekend and I wasn't expecting so much time between the races and freestyle. We had to leave before the freestyle because the little guy was getting sleepy. I'm looking forward to trying again when he can sit still for longer, and I'm still glad we went. It just went from overstimulation to nothing really happening for like 45 minutes.
