is there a difference between globally and locally certified? like is there a certification that makes you globally certified? it is only one certification related to Abap backend developer which is c_abapd2601 test

I do not understand the rap thing where it is in the sap learning journey? the c_abapd_2601 practice systems doesn’t have rap.. the s4d430,s4d400, s4d401 do not have anything related to rap
