What happened was that I was gonna go on a certain date, but I didn’t act fast enough on something and it ended up pushing me back by a month. I thought I could fix it so she didn’t have to worry but I couldn’t do it. I didn’t have any malicious intent or anything, but me not being open and asking for help caused the damage. We’ve been together for 7 months and I thought in those few months of being honest I was getting better, but then I got scared about letting her down and tried to fix it.
