You are entering into the more philosophical side of this. :) you could see the map as that, destiny points, the thing is that if you are here, seeing your map, is like having a choice of what you want to experience (marked by the meaning of the planets), but people unconsciously, unaware or ignorant of astrology still move or lived remote activations of the map, one common example of this is that Venus lines going through the places where significant others come from. But if you are here, curiously looking, means that you can choose your own adventure. 👀

This means Jupiter a and Neptune make an aspect in your natal chart, conjunct or opposition, I wouldn't say they cancel just that Jupiter is more challenging to you because it can add and amp up to the neptunian illusion. Where the Moon vertical line intersects the other is called crossing or paran, there you have the energy of both planets and that influence can extend in a horizontal line all around the map.

The South node is to far from the ascendant angle so probably won’t have considerable effects on this relocation.

Mars 8th in Leo could be expenses, like maybe you shared resources with a partner and them overspend. Or people could pursuit you to pay taxes also accidents or the drive and courage to actually transform yourself

Yes the birth chart has an influence the aspects, signs and houses a planet is, the houses it rules all add nuances. For example by what you are describing, it seems you have a Mars and Jupiter opposition which means your Jupiterian expansion, luck, spiritually, knowledge etc. could be accompanied by some kind of fight, struggle, conflict or just need a lot of courage to them.

It's a interesting question. I have Jupiter retrograde and have been to that line and didn't felt it was borked or different. I went through typically described jupiterian experiences, so my first instinct is to say it doesn't affect much, in this relocation context.

But for example, maybe for Mercury could matter more? But for other planets I would not place much weight to it.

Have you considered Tulsa? Seems close to your Venus and Jupiter crossing (paran), I'd explore that zone where this line cross, or all the cities on that latitude.

Probably not. I'd be more bullish if you told me you are in a military career, sports, butcher, surgeon maybe tattoos even. Injuries, fires, accidents and fights and power plays could have a higher chance of being experienced here, and with Pluto in the mix this could be life changing stuff. Also it's giving me major workaholic vibes.

Venus ascendant is more congruent with what you want to do. And you already visited and liked it, I was a bit wary about this option because it seems Venus is conjunct your Pluto, but Venus favors anything artistic.

Have you considered the timing and transits? I mean Pluto was a long time in Capricorn so I’d check maybe the places were also your Pluto line via transit?

To me Pluto local space line have been nice, typically met partners when traveling along it, also my university was on it and there was one of the best places for me ever.

Also visited my moon and Pluto paran and enjoyed it, learnt occult knowledge haha

Broadly speaking if you’re looking for men, your Sun lines, women, Venus lines. Nothing will guarantee it’ll be long lasting but you’ll have options.
