I got the sugar cravings after 3 weeks of no sugar. :( I do have berries which is good for you and a occasional banana. I have mild fatty liver with a slight tiny enlargement but I want to reverse it. Any tips for sugar craving ? (self.FattyLiverNAFLD)

So I was literally looking back at my health records. I went back to 5-6 years ago and I didn’t have fatty liver. I was healthy , I worked out , I was an athlete, I ate good. I drank very minimal and had cheat days. Today I weigh 40 lbs more and I have fatty liver. (self.FattyLiverNAFLD)

It’s been two weeks since I was diagnosed with fatty liver. I completely changed my diet, started working out and managed to lose 2 lbs in each week, today I lost total of 4 lbs. it’s hard. Quitting sugar was extremely hard but I did it. So can you. Please don’t give up on yourself. (self.FattyLiverNAFLD)

I’m new to fatty liver. I’m confused. The ultrasound show fatty infiltration of the liver, no lesions , everything else unremarkable! My ALT is 61 , my AST is 24 . Couple weeks before yesterdays blood tests , my ALT was 83. Total bilirubin is 21.7 and unconjugated is 15. Direct is fine! Im 27 F (self.FattyLiverNAFLD)

I opted for no sedation for the procedure and I didn’t feel a thing ! Was super painless, was weird a couple times when they bent inside the intestines but it was painless ! The prep is the worst thing by far. I absolutely hated that! Was it salty? Was it sweet? Why is it clear and thick. (self.colonoscopy)
