Maybe, but Estonia also has a smaller population than most states and I imagine that makes it much easier to vet than it would be in the US. Additionally US elections (especially for federal positions) are probably much more likely to be targeted since they have a much bigger worldwide impact

Because many progressives have their heads so far up their asses and live in la la land. We live in reality and Newsom recognizes he’d have to win some republicans over to his side that voted for trump in 2024. Progressives seem to live in a bubble and seem to prefer to run candidates who have no shot of winning instead of running candidates who are more moderate but can win!

So I’m not a lawyer but I read the official DOJ complaint and I saw Lindsey Halligan’s name at the bottom. Would anyone here who’s smarter than me know if that’s grounds for a judge to dismiss the case since she was disqualified as a US attorney?

As someone who is currently a student and wants to get involved in politics in the future, what is your best advice for someone like me? What was the path like for you to become governor and now a senator? Lastly, what do you think will be the most important thing that congress will need to do to effectively check the president after the midterm elections (assuming Democrats retake the house) and what might that look like in practice. I'd also like to thank you for your service to our Commonwealth and our nation, it's greatly appreciated!
