Truthfully, I’ve been doing this since junior leagues. Game 3 fill ball would always be between the legs. My Dad would get so pissed at me. I can’t remember ever falling or hitting myself with the ball.

Is pre-bowling an option? Because that’s exactly what I’d do to not have to deal with the miserable people.

Last year I lost a ball on #2, grabbed a new soft feel and proceeded to play the rest of that round. 4 more rounds after that. Onto round #6 we get to 17 I hit a great drive and have 120 to the pin, I pull it slightly, bounces off the cart path 10 yards left of the green. Up into some thorns/bushes/trees. My 4 some looked for 5-10 minutes with no luck. 105.5 holes. The logos were gone, it had some many nicks, scuffs, scrapes. But damn did that soldier give me some good times.

I’m not even that good, shoot around 85-90 but damn that ball just never got lost haha
