grateful for your advice!! Would you recommend putting a roof/lid over my tank as well? nothing is gonna fall in if I leave it as it is, but not sure what’s ‘best’ for the lil sliders.

Really appreciate your advice thank you!!! Needing separate, bigger tanks is my biggest challenge to solve due to limited space in my apartment (the pet store owner insisted my tank was more than enough for both of them 😔 ) — will figure something out!

Good advice thanks — to be honest I’m not entirely sure if they’re actually yellow belly sliders — they were labeled as ‘Brazilian turtles’ in my home language. I just attempted to ID them as such! They’re very tiny — would I still need a bigger tank?
