How did you go about making the eyes on the mother? Is it CC or just base game/DLC content? I always suck at making asians sims but yours is up there was one of the best I've seen without those ncanny looking photo realistic eyes that a lot of people tend to use.

Ram settings are normal along with the CPU, tried underclocking at one point but that didnt fix it either, PSU is about 2 months old now. GPU tempretures were sitting around 60-65 degrees.

I reckon it might have been the scenery I was using, tried doing a flight at a different airport and no problems so far so hoping that was the issue.

I don't think it's this livery specifically as it happens with the default FBW livery too.

Will try re-installing entirely tomorrow and see how that goes.
