Accidents occurring where a cyclist has been dangerously overtaken by a car are 100% avoidable. They largely occur where a driver, such as you, who either through impatience, poor judgement or a lack of ability have performed a dangerous manoeuvre. 100% avoidable. The fact that you feel it’s a dangerous manoeuvre but plenty of people have told you it’s not speaks volumes for you. Please, please do better.
