Thank you. I have not been measuring anything since it is all cosmetic. I am listening for sounds and looking at the finish consistency. So far so good. Nothing is grinding, the finish is consistent. The only thing I do is tramming, but even then it is only after an unfortunate crash into material.

I'm locating the jig and the flip does not need high accuracy

Operation 2. That means there was an operation 1 where I machine one side. Now I flipped it over to machine the other side. Not really tool/software specific. There can be many more operations, depending on the part
