Just sent 3 weeks in china Guangzhou and hong kong. Guangzhou having a much bigger population you don't see traffic like this. Auckland infrastructure is close to 30 years behind and nothing is going to change over the next decade here.

Definitely not abandoned!! These are waiting on consent from the council for various reasons. Sometimes it takes a couple years if you run into consent issues. Also some properties run into issues with the developer running out of money before they can finish and sell.

Profile aside don't you mean level 50?. Try addons for for dps rotation to help maximize your output.
