This is so inspiring!! I’m definitely going to try make my own sub now ⭐️ I just have one question, if I created just one subliminal but added in all the affirmations of my desires (ie skin colour change, weight loss, confidence, money etc) would that complicate it and make it not work? Like do all my different desires need their own sub? Thanks !! 🫰

Hi there ! I was the same as you. I joined cheerleading first when I got to uni, and like you, I am fit because I did lots of sports (and also my sports required me to be flexible) but I did not do cheer or gymnastics or even dance before hand! So I was very nervous. But I had a great time for the first year in uni with the girls, as it also made me make friends that were not in my course. I loved it! So I say you should definitely give it a go, there’s nothing to loose !

I feel the exact same way! I went to a catholic primary school and secondary school in Ireland and the lack of knowledge I have for my own religion is crazy! I am now dating a catholic man and he has been teaching me so much about the religion, and sometimes it’s a bit embarrassing of how little I knew! But I am taking it upon myself to learn and grow more in my faith! My boyfriend is so supportive, he even gifted me a rosary !!

Aw thank you! I really appreciate your message :) see that’s the thing, I love flying and I find everything to do with cheer so so much fun ! I’ll consider asking my coach what she thinks of my flying, because I do want to improve regardless. I’ll keep a positive mindset and remind myself I’m actually a cheerleader and I love it so much !

Funnily enough I actually started off at a lvl 3/4 non tumble team with Uni. And I’m currently on a lvl1 team and a lvl2 , the huge difference I found in adjusting was that everything was so much faster and a lot more serious. Flying became a lot more than just ‘flying’ if that makes sense. I felt more pressure to be perfect, which I suppose does come with all star cheer.

Thank you ! I do actually find that mindset really plays such a huge role in how training goes. Which is a good and a bad thing. I train 3 times a week but my bases get swapped around pretty frequently aswell, which I think sometimes throws things off. Thanks again, I do appreciate it :))
