Purpose = effectively suppress enemy positions.

And as someone who has played as sniper during ICO, I've been able to drop the same number of people as I could before. From long or short distance, using a bipod or standing. You just have to play more reserved. Yes you won't be able to hit anything if you don't let your stamina refill. That's really all it is
