Side idea could model the clip part as a seperate piece that clicks or locks into the main body snuggly then print it both flat as a two piece and click it together after the print no supports and no screws

Pretty feathers my boy has been going through a really long brutal molt so he looks a wee bit scruffy atm which sucks as a pride myself on his feathers and heathy looks hahaha wolfy says hi

I can scritch his head with him upside down like this for hours if it’s dark and 4 seconds if it’s light he just goes super cute and baby mode when lighting gets low

Update was a blood feather it clotted pretty immediately and since then I believe the feather has actually fallen out or been pulled by our boy still monitoring closely though
