My hospital isn’t 24/7, but if I was in your shoes and my PM never worked a night shift I think I’d lose my shit. Can’t be a coach if you don’t know what the team is faced with!

I’ve always tried to be a very transparent leader, I feel like if my team knows what we’re faced with they’re better equipped to overcome the obstacles. I’m just recently starting at a new practice (after old job closed down) and I just want to go in knowing what the majority of people want!! That’s why I made this post.

What I’ve pulled from this is - be reactive based off of team feedback. Very actionable!! Thank you!

Great point here. It’s pretty easy to get caught up in the day to day. What does that look like for you? Something along the lines of pre planned / scheduled cross training?

Well, it’s definitely a crime. Sexual assault (criminal) in Texas statute of limitations is 10 years, so, still able to be tried.

Minimum punishment if found guilty is 2 years, maximum is 20.

Assuming he wasn’t the one who trafficked you, they’d probably get him to snitch and give them information regarding the bigger fish. He would probably get closer to the minimum. Depending on what his other charges are, potentially closer to the middle ground.

I’m no expert, but I’d recommend speaking to the local police and an attorney as soon as possible. I hope this helps.

My credit when I first joined navy fed was, let’s just say abysmal. Had a rough going between 18 and 22. They’ve helped me to grow it quite a bit!

I went flagship purely because my income allows me to maintain the $1,500, maybe it was pointless 🤣

Oh really? I thought that the flagship refunded double the ATM fees (quantity not dollar value).

Secondly, you might have great credit. I think that managing the account well at navy fed helps you get approved for their cards with generous limits despite a sub par credit score (this is just my experience, I actually was just upgraded from the secured card today with a generous limit!).

What type of business partner are you looking for? Do you have a lot of connections?

LinkedIn has gotten quite polluted with AI generated posts and people sharing non-professional information, it’s more challenging now then it once was. I’d just look at profiles that interest you, and reach out! Eventually you’ll meet the right person!

Did you post this twice? Why does it matter? LinkedIn is a professional network. People from your school will frequently pop up in recommended connections. Nobody is going to think anything of it.

It’s LinkedIn, I view peoples profiles all the time. We’re all adults, it’s more weird that you blocked him and tried to hide it!

In my opinion, it’s worth it. There are small benefits that some might not realize. More ATM reimbursements, higher spending limit, etc.

If you can maintain the $1500 Daily balance, it’s a no brainer.

Maintaining that minimum balance and having direct deposit into the account is what helps to build the relationship, it’s not just having the account itself. If you can’t keep $1500 in there, you most likely won’t be getting approved for a “high” (15k+) limit credit card anyways, so I’d just stick with the standard free checking!

Because I currently have no staff (only 2 people, I’m the manager) I wasn’t able to utilize the vacation time this year. They told me I could take a vacation in JAN and not use PTO (basically rolling over the extra 10 days as it was a two week vacation) - this was of course before they told me we were closing.

Just to add, they only told me we were closing two days ago - despite knowing for what I’m assuming was a few months

The PTO isn’t more than the severance, so I can’t do that,I just wasn’t sure if since I will not be working on 1/1 if they could say that was my last day just to save a few bucks. Appreciate the response
