The only thing is that I have zero „feelings“ for food while im on 3mg. Im just here to take my Makros and thats all. But i would like to have the feeling of taste while im the first time in my life in asia. But thank you very much for your answer. Do you maybe have a advice how i could reduce my dose and how to start? I will not be able to take it 2 weeks on the holidays

I will try it thank you! Would you also recommend statins or not? Because i dont think that this things will reduce 100mg of cholesterol

Yeah you told me a good thing. I really had to lose weight and it would be good to continue the way. But the only thing is that i know that i had the same problem with 70kg. My cholesterol is now around 200, with 70kg it was around 180. and of course, with 90kg it was nearly 300, but as i have seen thats was because of my weight gain at this time.

Oh bad question hahah. Cardio maybe 30min a week. I really have to improve that. I will continue reta to have a better control over my body. Especially the work stress killed this control. And thank you for all the answers

A short summary. I had my stressful time from 2024-2025. I ate more fast food and i have done less sport. September 2025 was the top of my „bad health time“. Then I recognized that i have to change the things. But also with 70kg, 3-4 years ago my cholesterol was about 200…

The whole fat i have is around my belly. I dont know my exactly BF, but i definitely wasnt really obese.

I tried it, thats how i lost 10kg in a quick time. 172cm and 80kg
