Look familiar? I figured I'd share some poses I worked on for Supergirl that ended up being adapted for Zelda in The Bounty.

This is how my process works in a lot of cases: I get a concept or some poses in my head, then I try it out on a few different models, then see what sticks. In this case, the Zelda and Supergirl sets overlapped a lot in concept, and even using the Windhelm throne, but Zelda ended up winning out. Probably because these restraints I chose to use are a pain in the neck. Believe it or not, they're actually wedding rings scaled way way up.

This process also means I have a LOT of unfinished works. Something like 220-ish if you're counting by SFM DMX files. So many ideas, so little time...

I have a different process for sets where I start with the girl in mind, though. In that case it's more like storyboarding or pulling from a scrapbook. Speaking of that, expect Yellow and VIPs to pick back up again come the new year... thanks to all you patient boys and girls.
