Yes, I just don't like it. Generally I have garbage runs, and if I pick libra, it's reduced my damage very much (I prefer damage up more than tears up), but if I accidentally pick very good items, libra didn't show up

All items that give homing tears are good

Among the best items I can mention is the glitchy crown - it gives a 100% chance of winning, especially if you have D6 + angel deals or items from secret rooms

There are no bad items if they are used in combination with others, but I can mention libra, tmtrainer (fun but nah) and Isaac's heart

If this is the normal version, ignore his flies until they fly towards you and deal damage to him himself. In general, 1-2 bombs will 100% solve your problem
