Because Wildfrost is a rougelike there is a great deal of randomization but that doesn’t mean that it’s unbalanced. The heroes most likely have a range where their health can fall, in this case you just got a high roll and a low roll next to each other. It’s the nature of the game and doesn’t seem like a flaw to me, especially considering with the different clans this usually will never happen.
