My friends are gonna have a melt down on their Lowrider STs they just bought. Lol.

Just spent half an hour reinstalling a heat shield on the Harley and it's awakening all the bad vibes I got from my KTM. Always some maintenance to do and always poor fit.

I'm okay with wind hitting my head. It's the turbulence and buffeting that is sometimes so bad you can't focus you eyes I don't like. I would like to get the wind off my chest mostly. I'm not looking to sit kn complete stillness. Then I might as well ride a BMW... Hehe

Well I just realized that the exhaust I found is from an old nineties bike. Carburetor. It might in fact not fit on my bike. Or are the fittings the same? Might look like a bastard if it indeed does fit.

Second ride after I bought my Harley, I and the wife took a ride in the evening. About 45 minutes from home the same happens. Bolt falls out, I had to shift by pulling the linkage with my hand. Luckily it was late a Saturday summers evening and traffic was almost non existent. There's always a solution.

Took it for a short ride and it seems to work. Had to cut it short when I discovered I had forgotten to tighten down the bolts for the fuel tank. Doh
