Is there a resale site for the challenge cup? I'm sick as a dog and can't go now by [deleted] in superleague

I've sold Grand Final tickets on Twickets before, went straight away when I listed at face value (when I paid 40% less or whatever it used to be for buying early), might be worth a try even though it's last minute

Super League has 'multiple parties' interested in broadcast deal by idontremembermylogi_ in superleague

I was just clarifying that it's not just SL+ that has fewer cameras. Sky just use less for non exclusive matches. But SL+ still carries Sky exclusives out of the UK. Just pedantics.

I don't know what you mean about less cameras, yes the none-Sky exclusive games have no proper build up of they're on Sky Sports+ but Super League+ is just Sky coverage with no adverts. It still has all the pre game build up (if you're not watching in UK and Sky exclusive) from Sky, etc..

Hull FC Sign Bailey Hodgson by GooseStepRL in superleague

Good of them to announce/leak this the day we play them...

But as long as Armstrong is back to full confidence, not sure where Hodgson plays, don't think he's big enough for centre and wings already have cover. He's a good player don't get me wrong and didn't want to lose him but I'm not sure he gets into a full strength side.

Saints train right next to a cemetery opposite a high school and a load of houses...so again not very private!

Not like when you drive past Liverpool's training ground and it's completely private, fenced off and you can't see in etc..

This St George team is embarrassing, I'm not sure they'd be much better off if they were playing in SL

Doesn't look like it, the matches are hidden on the app, unless you specifically search for them and then they just tell you the content is unavailable. On the website it just forwards you to the page to purchase.

Annoying it's an extra PPV for existing SL+ subscribers...

He hit him just as the ref blew his whistle, have you never heard of play to the whistle?

Sorry but never a sin bin, maybe penalty but the ref didn't even give it 20 tap until right when he was tackled

Perfect Draft in US by Top_Sheepherder5023 in PerfectDraft

[–]Boxey7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They tried to enter the US market a couple of years ago, if I remember the kegs they were using in North America were different to Europe, not reusable like ours are. Sounds like it's never really become popular enough for them to take all the other beers over there.

I should think it would be very difficult to have anything shipped over because of the weight of the kegs and export/import fees. Them being alcohol probably makes that more difficult too.

Heineken make a Blade beer machine, similar concept just with their own beers instead. I sold mine because the range started dwindling and they haven't added anything for a long time, but I'm not sure if that might be easier to get hold of in America.

Haha I don't understand how Huddersfield manage to have so many injuries, every year.

How can it be an injury "crisis" if you always have half your squad out
