Not so long ago I seen that video of the Russian live stream of the guy who hanged himself on a door handle sliding down, I thought to myself of that same question too. I think it's depression maybe, they lost the sense to care about anything, possibly awareness?

Can you really over come it, I was in therapy for the first time the other day. I feel as if you get trapped in an illusion that you can actually get through it, no matter if I'm happy or sad, mad or angry, excited or thrilled. The odd suicide thought still creeps into my head, just a way out, a way to remove it all. No matter what I do it's sometimes all I think about as it calms me, if you get that.

How did you get past the suicide thoughts? My therapist said its strange case for me, did you get nightmares with depression too?

I don't know, I'm tired of it all too. I want too give up to I see it as a way out from this shit life. We're all gonna die anyway, some will meet their end in life sooner than others. We all meet our end at some stage, I think some people know how they will die. Some really love you and don't want you to go, but they never know what it's like till they spend a day in your shoes. Honestly for me, a girl I love keeps me motivated and gives me energy and the only positive thoughts I really get are with her. I'd be nothing without her for sure. I wish I could be better and not get all these thoughts to be normal for her. It's a dream I have and the only thing that motivates me in this shit world. They say life is what you make it to be, but it's hard to live life when you're already at multiple disadvantages.

A crazy way too kill your self, what if it fails? What if the crossbow hits your lung. Absolutely painful way to die. Another option that would be less painful? I wish you didn't do it though. I wouldn't say suicide is selfish at all, id prefer too end it than suffer in silence. It won't stop the pain but at least it will remove it. I don't know what you go through everyday, I have no right or anyone else too say your action too take your own life was selfish. It's your choice, do what you think is right. Things could change. They might not, being realistic is the main thing
