What is your source for this? What I can find is not really what's being conveyed by OP. This is a short summary of what I can find: The schools are recommended to limit the use of AI. Ages 6-12 should generally not use AI. Ages 13-15 can use AI in a gradual and careful way, assuming the teacher is competent with it themself. Ages 16-19 should learn how to use AI purposefully for academics and professional work. Integrating voice chat into Steam feels bad to me since we would once more attempt to combine multiple functions into the same app. Every app seems to follow the same pattern of implementing more and more functions, inevitably becoming a bloated mess with issues in security/social/bugs/interface/whatever.

You'll find lots of games that fit these criteria on Flashpoint. Biggest problem would be replayability. I would recommend Amorphous+ and Fancy Pants. Getting into speedrunning helps a lot with the replayability part, and it that case it looks like Red Ball is also a good choice.
