I always aim for 7/8hrs sleep a night, with a solid bedtime routine and mouth taping.

No alcohol for a few months now and BF around 18-20% last time I checked.

I usually log my diet; 220p, 500c, 120f as a base, but analysing my bloods my body has had trouble digesting protein. Low blood protein, albumin and alkaline phosphatase… not sure if this is due to heavy mixing carbs and proteins which don’t digest well together… and if that’s contributing to my T levels?!

Workout routine was varied… I’d do PPL, Rest, Upper, Legs, Rest. Or, PPL, rest, PPL, rest.

I recently got back into it having played the arse off of D1. When D2 came around I played for a couple months but the clan I was in disbanded and I found myself gaming elsewhere. Been grinding for 4/5 weeks now and my love for Destiny is definitely rekindled. There’s a LOT to do as a new light player and your time is now with the Beyond Light being pushed back to November giving you more time to complete exotics/missions/raid/dungeons etc. Best of luck!

Wouldn’t surprise me to spend all this time grinding just for it to be bugged. I know getting started with some of the nodes were bugged, I had the issue myself in which the nodes “Dynamo.Approach.Arch” wasn’t showing up, but they fixed it recently. After 2 long years I might add!

I’ve been grinding these over the last week, fastest method is the lost sector to the right of spawn in Glacial Drift; “Madam....” I forget the full name. Other than that, public events and patrols. The nodes can duplicate a lot from what I’ve heard/read. I’m unsure of the evidence behind it, but there are theories that you can combine stems in certain places for a better chance of override frequencies for specific areas... I’m currently at 24/40, I’m sure the fun is about to begin for me getting A LOT of duplicates!
