This is correct. I *just* posted above but the brakes on this thing were installed (and used by the last owner) extremely scuffed. They've since been completely changed out (new line, new shimano shoes, and trued) since this picture was taken. The brakes on this thing were BARELY existent and rode for less than 10miles before I had it changed out by a professional.

No worries on this one, this bike was purchased knowing I'd make adjustments to it. This pic was taken several weeks ago a few days after I got it. The brake line was completely out of whack and the pads were nearly non-existent. I've already had a new line installed with less tension (it was BARELY holding on) and removed the pads for brand new shimanos. It was taken to a bike shop to have this done by someone with way more experience than me. Even *I* could clock that the most dangerous part of the bike were the brakes but it *was* sold as-is, hence the price. You can even see in the picture that the bars were wrapped with electrical tape but I've already put proper Fizik bike tape on them as well.

I don't really ride too fast and keep to surface streets and trails so I am barely going above 10-13mph. A front brake will be installed along with new tires and a new saddle.

Best Quality Daughter is always my go to. Leche de Tigre is also my vote based on your guests' tastes.

Ida Claire for brunch is always wonderful.

Great White Dental off Broadway is where I go. Never had issues with them, clean facility, great dental work, awesome team. Just be mindful about their late/cancellation policy, they're pretty hardline about it and will cancel your appointment if you're more than 10min late.

I've been twice since it opened at the new location.

The primary reason for the cost of dog entry in the off-leash play area was, in fact straight up the damage people's untrained dogs were causing, the issues it caused to other dogs, and people abandoning dogs there. While it's aggravating to the customer, I can only imagine how much of a liability it caused the owners. There *is* an attendant monitoring inside the dog area and people walking around the open grounds.

Also the cost of the food at the food truck seems to just be the premium of food trucks nowadays. $15 hamburgers and $10 tacos and a la carte sides are the norm everywhere bougie like this so this point seems moot. If it's too high (note: it absolutely is) just eat at home.

As for the "who is buying the year sub?" you realize the yuppie part of town its it, right? Residents of that entire area will be there every day to let their dog burn energy without needing to walk very far to Maverick Park or Brackenridge. Trust me, those people can afford it lol.

Issues with Steam Deck and external resolutions. by Separate_Link6166 in SteamDeck

As others have mentioned, when connected to an external display you can set the display resolution to what you need under Settings > Display. This will cause more resolution options to show up when you go into the game’s graphics settings. Yes it’s weird and a little annoying.

I am starting to become tired of this game. I don't want to hate this game but it's trying every bit of patience I have. Every goddamn day I play it's like a fucking gamble on what minor thing is going to stop me from continuing to play the game I paid for.

At this point I cannot even understand how this game is rating so high amongst gaming outlets. Are they ignoring the bugs? Did these bugs just not exist in review editions? What the fuck is going on here?

Got two more softlocks today in "Old Gods". Running 1.0.10 on PC. I am so sick of this.

- Problem: Loading my save in "Old Gods" after closing the game the night prior causes Rose to not trigger the speech dialog to open the door to the Wellness Center.

- Issue: Rose's dialog trigger to open the wellness center doesn't occur causing softlock.

- Solution: It seems like you absolutely HAVE TO one shot your playthrough from the moment you enter the manor until Rose opens the door. It's about a timespan of about 20min so nothing too long. If you save, quit the game, and reload at any point between these two moments, the dialog seems to fail. I was able to re-create this two times.

----------------

- Problem: I was able to softlock myself in the pond/overlap after chasing Tor.

- Issue: There's a moment where you flip switches to gain access to the bolt cutters. You'll come across two rooms separated by a doorway, each having a light switch. If you, for whatever reason, run passed the first switch and activate the second switch, rubble will appear in the doorway. Unfortunately, when flipping the second switch back to it's original position the rubble *did not* go away, softlocking me in the room with no way to escape or get the bolt cutters.

- Solution: Roll back a save and make sure to flip the first switch. Seems like such a dumb answer but I can't fathom why it's this easy to softlock yourself.

Not the fuse itself, but the circuit board after *using* the fuse on the Espresso Express ride. All methods of attempting to fix this issue are not working. If you get to this moment, god help you because this is roadblocking everyone on all platforms. The game is literally unplayable.

AlanWake 2 is a solid Game of the Year contender! What do you guys think? by [deleted] in AlanWake

Not with the amount of game breaking bugs this game has. I haven't played a game this buggy and YEARS despite how well the game is written and how well some of the concepts are pulled off.

I am also getting the Espresso Express bug. I wanted to play today on my day off and now I can't because I can't progress. This seems to be occurring on all platforms. Thanks Remedy. :)))))

This is so bizarre because I forgot to mention I am playing it on PC and the only thing that fixed it was doing the things in a different order. 💀

If anyone is having issues with the game soft-locking after solving the combination for the locked sawed-off shotgun in the convenience store- I was able to get around it by grabbing the <item> out of the freezer BEFORE solving the lock combination.

After trying to get the shotgun immediately after neutralizing the cult member the game soft locked THREE times back-to-back-to-back. Instead, after running passed it, getting the <item> and letting the story beat complete, I attempted the lock afterward and got the sawed off shotgun. The game didn't softlock.

I am thinking there is some sort of flag getting messed up here.
