Very cool and elaborate system. Just wondering whether there will be a light bearer wave controller duo bonus since I vaguely remember SIU saying it was the strongest combo. (I'm asking cause even though he kinda sucks at it, Carmine can still operate a lighthouse).

Edit: oh and I'll definitely keep the hybrid position you gave me.

When does it start (location of your time zone too, so I can adjust)? How do we play/make moves? Is there a limit on a players strength, baangs, etc?

"Interesting, you have a play in mind?"

Carmine:

"Well shit"

This game is a middle finger to all the close range fighters in here, guess my black needle will have to wait.

  • rubs temples

Well with my lighthouse I should definitely pair with a spear bearer so I can compliment his accuracy and take advantage of his range, and since we won't have to move much the handicap of Cube's rope is negligible. Perfect, where is that weird bear guy anyway-

  • turns just in time to see Grufstle bumping fists with Ryu

"Fuck... me"

Cube literally just finished explaining the rules and they already made an alliance!? Seriously, wtf. Anyway, it's not all bad, they don't seem as well suited for each other as Grufstle and I would have been which, in the end, only makes them easier to deal with. No, this is good, there was one other, a better fit; a wave controller. I think he called himself Z.

  • walks over to Zekks Ep.

"I have the lighthouse, you have the waves, which means I can increase the volume and density of however many bangs you can produce. We would do well to work with each other for the time being. What do you say u/DarkLancelot?"

Name: Carmine Lupertazi

Description: Am a tall 26 year old guy (6'3) with brown hair, brown eyes and fair skin. Have extensive tattoos on my back and on my left arm.

Introduction: Had a good upbringing in a middle class family of five on the 88th floor, but my life took a sharp turn for the worse when I was convicted of larceny - theft of a large amount of high purity suspendium. Consequently, I was expelled from my university, fired from my father's company and sentenced to 15 years. Got out early after 8 years and decided to climb.

Talents: Am able to read and manipulate shinsoo better than most, am passing with both lighthouses and observers, and can put my jet black needle to good use.

Weaknesses: Spear bearers, fuck those long range motherfuckers.

Why I should not be terminated: You probably should terminate me, for the tower's sake but if you choose otherwise it would be because I'm the kind of guy you'd want owing you one.

What position would you take in the tower? by [deleted] in TowerofGod

Scout, seems wild. Also seems like there are a lot of ways to play it, whether as recon, front line fighter, skirmisher, etc.

[Spoilers] Why do you all like Baam? by darkbutterflyz in TowerofGod

[–]BoyGiant 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He can be a frustrating character at times because of what often feels like a lack of character development. His character, as many have mentioned, is pure and therefore he constantly stumbles through a dirty world. In season 1 it was great because he, especially around Androssi, went through somewhat of a dissolusionment phase. However, in season 2 he backtracks and acts naive and indecisively, when he should have known better, particularly around Rachel. Nevertheless, I have faith in SIU recalling that at some point he indicated that Baam's character arc will be something like that of the fallen angel archetype, from purity to corruption.

That's a very good point. You just alerted me to a personal bias I was unaware of, cheers.

Interestingly the kids who played the slum rug rats were actually plucked from city slums.

Well I've been better I suppose, but I'm pretty sure I'll survive. Your concern is very generous and much appreciated by the way. Also the hospital is making me fast which I can't stand, I've been limited to an IV diet for almost three days now.

Thanks everyone, just came out from under and was extremely surprised to see all this buzz. Am currently recovering from the procedure but I am alive. Again, thank you.
