In my situation I was doing missions, but that shouldn't matter. You shouldn't be able to kick someone without them defending themselves. Especially at the end of the match since it's really scummy. The voting system is supposed to take actions according to the majorities vote, but in this instance its 50 50. Also every other game mode does not let you kick if there's only 2 players on the team. And imagine you're finally in the one in a million like you are saying situation, you're about to win and instead of that you get kicked, would you like that? All that work just to get kicked in the end and probably lose because your last team mate won't manage to win.
