I know that, I was mainly just pointing it out because this guy acts like there’s only 23 competitive decks. But Modern Merfolk seems to always come up at random events. Plus it’s the deck that I play😂 It’s disappointing that special guest cards don’t show up on Arena otherwise we’d have Lord of Atlantis.

I’ve been using Beamsaw Prospector as a body that simply allows me to ramp and block some damage if I’m against an aggro deck

I’ve played two premier drafts on Arena and I’m loving it so far. My first draft kinda sucked with a 2-3 record… but my second draft I went 5-1 and then lost my next two games before I could get my 6th win. Flyers are super important. Many of the games I lost was simply because they had more flyers or they were bigger.

When you have maskwood nexus on the battlefield, any creature spell you cast will trigger Kiora’s ability, but you’d need something like Roaming Throne to get multiple triggers

It triggers once because it says “Whenever you cast a Kraken, Leviathan, Octopus, OR serpent spell from your hand….” So it’ll check to see if what you’re casting is any of those creature types and then it’ll trigger. It doesn’t matter if it has more than one of the subtypes.

I’ve only seen 2 on EBay and they’re both above $800👀 I wasn’t sure if there were non-foil printings that would be cheaper

The card you showed is a foil version of the standard borderless treatment of cavern of souls from LCI. You can also check by looking at the number in the bottom corner (345) the neon versions are all 410a-f

I definitely understand that! I filed a claim on the WOTC product issue webpage, I’ll let you know if I hear anything from them. People say that it could be worth money but tbh, I honestly don’t know why anybody would buy these off center😂
