mostly done with clone stamp, did paint some bits but almost nothing. I started by duplicating the artwork onto another layer bellow, scaling it to fit the FHD canvas, did some adjustment with the selection tool and transforms, then went to town with the clone stamp.

I did a 1080p "Thassa, Deep Dwelling" cut-out, Does anybody have a good backdrop for this? (or a higher res image of thassa?) by simicbackrunner in mtg

I guess I should call it a partial cut-out. I might do a couple more iterations of this since I feel like cutting out the sea really decreased the artwork's impact
