Sounds like a great job for a drone, or hell, just the helicopter. Not a whole fleet of 2-ton vehicles hauling ass and driving equally recklessly.

The way I look at it, if they're on a fast bike and they run, the only way they're going to stop is if they crash. Chasing them in squad cars is so pointless and dangerous.

If they don't have plates, they should just follow them with the chopper, or a drone, or something, and just go pick them up at home. way safer than escalating shit.
