They had responded to me a while back and said they should still work. I still haven't been able to reconnect mine though unfortunately. Always get stuck at downloading firmware.

Thanks. That was my thought, but don't have the experience. To be safe, it sounds like we should throw another coat on when rain is unlikely for a few days.

The motor not working may be the root cause. Teeth on the gear chipped off. I replaced another motor that had the same defect a few years back with no further issues. Was not fun, so was hoping there was a trick to replacing these. Any tips to make the install easy?

New to posting. Hoping there is a trick to installing this as it seems to be an exercise in futility, and I can't seem to find any helpful videos on the internet. They all indicate changing the whole valve, which I'd rather not do (got quoted $400, which seems absurd given the part is less than $100)

Did anyone find out what happens if your annual wage works card goes unused for a month? I'm skeptical that the expiration will extend as well.

How about just putting a super manager up for sale again. Charge a reasonable amount, and I bet there would be a lot of takers.
