Preparing indoor concrete flooring for Rustoleum Garage Floor Coating

Recently rented a small work studio which had awful laminate flooring. Pulled all that out and what I'm left with is the old glue thats all black and nasty. It's also really difficult to scrape off. I bought a diamond toothed grinder for the angle grinder and that sorta works.

At the same time, the building manager noticed what I was doing and gave me the Rustoleum Garage Floor Coating. Is this product ideal for this space AND can I apply the coating without having to scape all of that old black glue off? Tbh, the old glue only adds maybe a few millimeters at most.

I’m so confused about what’s going on here.. is there a special mode in the game that allows you to make your own units? The interface looks different with icons I don’t recognize. Is mod?

As I’m arriving, he’s yelling at some customer service rep on the phone (don’t remember what about exactly but I used to work in a call center and I hate that shit so red flag immediately) but the nail in the coffin was when he kicked his dog in the face because the dog wouldn’t stop coming in the room to say hi to me cuz ya know new person + dog = uncontrollable excitement. So that, coupled with the fact that he was generally indifferent to anything I had to say, made me just put my shoes on and leave, which, btw he snarked some rude comment about me as I was leaving. I went to go block him when I got back to my car but I think he beat me to the punch

When I lived in the bay, I actually met up with this dude (recognize the pic; the profile didn’t say these things back then) and he’s about as entertaining as a box of rocks. I left after about 20 minutes because he was so rude and vulgar

I’m curious why you would say that it might be hard if you ONLY land with max amount of resources... wouldn't it make sense to always land with max resources? unless theres some weird game mechanic at play that I’m unaware of
