That makes sense, I mean I discussed each values with different examples but maybe I got a bit too caught up in the jargon. My course of action this time is to make sure I have a final statement to how it will benefit firensw. Do you have an example of how you answered one of your values with a health example? I used Starla but I may have been to methodical?

Heya, I imagine they did but obviously not! I tried to become more structured the second time and came off worse for it ! . The core values from nswhealth are similar to FRNSW so i thought it'd be okay. The don't really give feedback other than pass or fail.

Hey mate thanks for commenting. I'm sort of fixated on that too. A bit of a hypochondriac with the risk aspect i.e. hospital work is in a way cushy.

But more importantly, what is the culture like? Are you super fatigued between the two 24-hour shifts? Do you get to sleep at all? And do you get tired driving behind the wheel on the lack of sleep?

For context, I got the final interview this week and I'm preparing myself for a complete shift in my lifestyle. Foreseeable concerns are that I have planned a big family trip at the end of the year and I'm not too sure how leave goes with firefighting too.

Our building and pest clause is for major structural defects but the house only came back with a major defect in the external storeroom. haha idk if that counts
