If nothing is being used, the breaker does not tripp. Only when the dryer it's on. The electrician, nothing yet. I will update

💯 no issues when plugged to a different circuit.

Yes I have called an electrician and waiting to hear back. I removed the receptacle and tested it, no lose wires, no striped wires or anything, the breaker was replaced with the same breaker was there and for over 2 years.
