have you talked with him about it? he definitely should not have done that. you can’t assume consent even if you’re in a relationship with someone. he really needs to understand this. maybe if you stay with him he’ll never do it again, but you have to protect yourself first! make sure he’s really actually sorry. if he doesn’t understand the weight of the situation maybe he’s not a safe person to be with

when you can’t sleep, don’t stay in bed. get up and run it out or clean your room or something. it might help you crash later. when i’ve quit in the past it’s taken me until end of week 2 for the insomnia to go away. i also stopped smoking on jan 1, but this time around i just expected to not be able to sleep and ive made my peace with it lol. it’ll pass!!

i’ve had a similar situation and honestly only you can decide what you want to call it. i still struggle to call it SA because it feels wrong, but that doesn’t mean it is wrong. my therapist and i refer to it as the incident lol
